WE'RE TRUE CO

We started back in 2017 as True Gum — four founders in a Copenhagen kitchen, out to make a chewing gum without the plastic. That idea grew. Today we're True Co, and we make three kinds of snacks worth reaching for: plastic-free gum, plant-based mints, and our fastest-growing creation, True Dates.

TRUE DATES: DRIED FRUIT 2.0

True Dates are whole dates with the flavours of your favourite sweets - Sour Cola, Cookie Dough, Caramel Popcorn and more. No added sugar, rich in fibre, made in Denmark. They've quickly become our biggest hit, and they're leading a new kind of snacking we call Dried Fruit 2.0. Take your pick from Sour Cola, Cookie Dough, Caramel Popcorn, Sour Apple and more.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED: TRUE GUM & TRUE MINTS

Our plastic-free True Gum is made with sap from gum trees -  vegan, sugar-free, and free from aspartame. Take your pick from Mint, Raspberry & Vanilla, Ginger & Turmeric, Liquorice & Eucalyptus, Lemon, Cinnamon, Mango or White.
Our plant-based True Mints are sugar-free pastilles worth keeping in your pocket - Fresh Mint, Cherry, Orange, Watermelon, Peach and Passionfruit. Everything's made in our own factory just outside Copenhagen.
